How do I pay for tutoring at RHZ?

Payments are securely processed through our platform. You can choose to pay per session, purchase discounted lesson packages, or opt for our monthly fee plan for ongoing support. An invoice will be emailed to you each month, outlining your sessions and total amount due — which you can conveniently pay online using credit/debit cards or other secure digital payment options. Every transaction is followed by an automatic email receipt for your records.

What’s the cancellation or rescheduling policy?

You can cancel or reschedule a session for free up to 24 hours in advance. For online or face-to-face tutoring, cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee based on the tutor’s policy. Always notify us as early as possible to avoid charges and keep your schedule flexible.

What technical requirements are needed for online tutoring?

To ensure a smooth online learning experience, you'll need a device (computer, tablet, or smartphone) with a stable internet connection, a webcam, and a microphone. We also recommend using an up-to-date browser like Chrome or Firefox for optimal performance.

How do I access lesson recordings?

After each session, a recording is made available on your student dashboard, allowing you to review the lesson content at your convenience. This feature is particularly helpful for revising difficult topics and reinforcing what you learned during the session.

How can I provide feedback about a tutor?

After completing a lesson, you can rate the tutor and leave feedback on their performance. This feedback helps us maintain high-quality tutoring standards and provides valuable information for other students. If you have concerns, our support team is available to assist.

What policies apply to missed lessons?

If a lesson is missed without prior notification, the session may still be charged. However, exceptions can be made for emergencies. We encourage you to inform your tutor in advance if you anticipate any issues so alternative arrangements can be made.
